Subscription availability

New Feiban Membership subscriptions are not currently available. This page describes the membership terms that apply when subscriptions are offered. Available features and purchase eligibility are shown in the app and the App Store.

1. Who provides this service

Feiban is developed and operated by Tenfold Wuji Co., Ltd. It is a tool that turns cabin crew rosters into calendars families can understand, and it is not affiliated or partnered with any airline. By using Feiban, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Account

You need a Feiban account (email or Sign in with Apple) to create, sync and share rosters. Please keep your sign-in details secure. The same account can both share its own roster and view other people’s rosters. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the web.

3. Feiban Membership (auto-renewing subscription)

• What’s included: creating and editing rosters, custom codes, inviting family members and choosing what each one can see, and landing alerts; AI roster reading up to 5 times a month (5 times in total during the free trial) and manual flight updates up to 5 times a month (5 times in total during the free trial). Allowances are counted per calendar month in Taiwan time (UTC+8) and reset at 00:00 on the 1st. Manual roster edits and family viewing are never counted. AI reading is currently unavailable in Hong Kong and Macao (based on your App Store account region or where you are connecting from); you can still build your roster manually.
• Price and term: the plan is called “Feiban Membership” and lasts 1 year. The price and currency for your country or region are shown on the App Store purchase screen. It can be bought only in the iPhone app, through Apple.
• Free trial: if you are eligible for the first time, you can try it free for 1 month. Eligibility is decided by Apple (each Apple Account can use the trial only once per subscription group). When the trial ends, it automatically renews as an annual subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal and payment: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or when the trial ends. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews for the same period at the price at that time, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage and cancel: go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or Me → Manage Subscription in the Feiban app. After you cancel, you can keep using it until the end of the current period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Feiban account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. Feiban never receives your payment details and cannot give refunds directly.
• Failed renewal payments: while Apple retries the payment, there is a 16-day grace period during which you can keep using Feiban as normal.
• Linked account: a subscription is linked to only one Feiban account at a time (the account that bought it first). If you restore purchases on a different Feiban account, you will be asked whether to transfer it; after a transfer, the rosters on the original account become read-only.

4. After your membership ends

When your membership expires (or is refunded or transferred), your rosters and notes are kept: you can view, export and delete them, and you can still manage family members (change what they can see, remove them, cancel invites and stop all sharing). You cannot add or edit rosters, use AI reading or manual flight updates, or invite new family members. Family members see the last saved version with the message “Roster sharing is paused”, and flight and landing alerts are paused. When you subscribe again, updates resume; notifications from the paused period are not sent later, and family members you removed do not come back automatically.

5. Family viewing

• Family members accept your invite with their own Feiban account. Invite codes are valid for 7 days and can be used once. Each roster owner can share with up to 10 family members, and each account can follow 1 person for free. Following more people requires an active trial or membership, up to 10 people.
• You can change what each person can see, remove someone or stop all sharing at any time, and family members can stop following at any time. Once someone is removed, they cannot see new rosters, but anything already screenshotted or downloaded cannot be taken back.
• Only the person whose roster it is, or someone with their permission, may share a roster. Do not share someone else’s roster without their permission; if that person emails us about it, we will stop that sharing once we have verified it.
• Private notes, crew lists and original screenshots are never shared with family members.

6. Information for reference only

Roster translations, AI reading, flight times and landing alerts may be wrong or delayed, and are for your and your family’s reference only; for actual duties, departures and arrivals, always follow your airline’s official information. Feiban does not provide live location tracking and does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered.

7. Changes to these terms and contact
