Please include your phone model, the app version (at the bottom of the “Me” tab) and a screenshot of the problem. Before taking the screenshot, please cover any personal details on the roster, such as names and employee numbers.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

In the iPhone app, upload a roster screenshot and let AI fill it in, or tap dates and choose codes yourself. If you’d rather not enter anything yet, you can look at a sample roster first. You can start without signing in; once you sign in, your roster is backed up to the cloud.

Can I still use the web version?

The web version has been discontinued, so please use the iPhone app instead. If you signed in on the web version, sign in to the app with the same email address and your rosters in the cloud will sync over; rosters created without signing in were stored only in that browser and can’t be moved to the app. The family web view has also closed. Family members must download the app, sign in and enter a family follow code from the person sharing their roster.

Does AI reading cost anything?

AI reading is currently free. Once you sign in, you get a number of free AI readings, and the number left is shown on the membership card in “Me”. After reading, Feiban marks any days it isn’t sure about so you can check them, and keeps the to-be-confirmed marks after you save. AI reading is currently unavailable in Hong Kong and Macao; you can create a roster manually instead.

How can my family see my roster?

Family members download Feiban, sign in with their own account and enter the family follow code from the person sharing their roster. Private notes are excluded. An old family link is not a family follow code. Before sharing someone else’s roster, please get their permission first. Follow 1 person for free. Following more people requires an active trial or membership, up to 10 people.

How accurate are flight times?

Verified flights show scheduled departure and arrival times in both Taiwan time and local time. Flights we can’t find, or that are outside the timetable season, are marked “time to be confirmed”, and you can enter the times your airline has published yourself. For actual departures and arrivals, always follow your airline’s official information.

How do I delete my account?

iPhone app: sign in, then in the “Me” tab tap “Delete Account” below “Sign Out”. If you don’t have an iPhone, sign in on the account deletion page (in Traditional Chinese) and delete it there. To find out what data is kept after deletion, see the Privacy Policy.
